Hamam International designs and implements new hotel in Slaviero Camboriú.

The hotel chain Slaviero just closed a contract for the administration of one more unit. Slaviero Slim Camboriú expected to open in August  2011 and will be the third hotel network in Santa Catarina. The new development will have 119 apartments and is an initiative of Slaviero in partnership with a local business group, which will feature a new service concept, of German origin, joining in addition to the hotel, a car dealership and a space with various services aggregates.

The deployment of the unit will be payable by the company Hamam International, specializes in hospitality, who will be responsible for the appropriateness of the concept to the flag of the network Slaviero Slim, whose differential is the cost-benefit. According to Daniela Arias, Interior Designer Manager of Hamam Intenational, the new hotel will have a unique personality: affordable, friendly, functional and economical, but without compromising service and quality. "Slaviero Slim Camboriú will be an economical alternative to conventional and traditional hotels" she explains.

For Daniela, the major difference of the new hotel is the union between aesthetics and functionality. "It´s interior design concept is based on the famous minimalist architecture of Miew van der Rohe, "Less is more, in which the aesthetic creates an impression of extreme simplicity, combining all the elements and details to attend to multiple visual and functional purposes" she explains.

According to Eraldo Santanna, director of the network expansion, the flag Slim is ideal to meet the principles of practicality and modernity and the new venture also marks another step in expanding the network in 2009. "With the arrival in Camboriú, ended the year with three new units opened and one under construction, exceeding expectations for a year of very favorable scenario." she says.

Slaviero Slim Camboriú will be the 19th unit of the network, which currently has 18 hotels (including 15 hotel units and 3 units of service Fast Sleep, sleep and shower in airports). There are more than 2.000 apartments in the cities of Curitiba, Pines, Ponta Grossa, Arapongas, Paraná, Joinville and Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, São Paulo and Guarulhos, in São Paulo, Vitória, Espírito Santo, and also at airports of Curitiba and Guarulhos (International and National wing)
